About Me
I'm James McGollie, Jr.

I've spent more than a decade as a television news producer in Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Orlando, FL. I left the field and decided to find a career to fall back on, plus get advanced training at the same time. So now, I do IT support. I've worked for Apple and Petz Enterprises helping their customers operate and better understand their products.

As a producer, I wrote and edited for every news segment from morning to evening. I even came up with a live band segment at WTXL called Sunrise Rocks. I've helped train dozens of interns and new hires who have gone on to be some of the best in the business.

In IT, I've excelled in customer service, receiving numerous letters of gratitude from customers thanking me for my patience, help and support.

Work Experience
I worked at Petz Ent. as a technical support specialist. I helped provide support for customer using CrossLink Tax software and website portal. It was a contract job during the tax season.
2009 - 2014
I worked at Convergys working as Apple Care. I was a Tier 2 or Senior Advisor. I de-escalated irate customers, and resolved escalated issues with all apple products including Macs, iMacs, iPhone, iPads, iPods and iTunes
I was the producer at WTXL in Tallahassee, FL. I also was the creator of the weekly live band segment, Sunrise Rocks. After leaving news, I spent months from the workforce focusing on my IT in school at Seminole State College.
